Welcome to Steele O'Neil and Associates, Inc.
Steele O'Neil and Associates Inc. was formed in June 1997 in response to a need for a wide range of employment, training and consulting services in the East Kootenay and beyond. In 2005, the business expanded to Vancouver Island. Steele O’Neil is a private business with a social service philosophy and ethic, committed to assisting and supporting clients to gain independence and to have satisfactory and rewarding lives.
The principals of Steele O'Neil, Susan Steele and Barbara O'Neil, have managed numerous training, employment services and employment-related consulting projects in the East and West Kootenays for a number of years. They each garnered extensive experience in employment services, business consulting and the social program sector prior to establishing the company.
