Steele O'Neil and Associates, Inc. was recently honoured with the 2009 Organizational Award of Excellence from the Career Management Association of BC!
Steele O'Neil and Associates was formed in June 1997 in response to a need for an organization that could provide a wide range of employment, training and consulting services in the East Kootenays and beyond. In 2005, the business expanded to Vancouver Island. SON Inc is a private business with a social service philosophy and ethic. We are completely committed to assisting and supporting clients to gain independence, and to have satisfactory and rewarding lives.
The principals of Steele O'Neil and Associates, Susan Steele and Barbara O'Neil, have been involved in the management of numerous training, employment services and employment-related consulting projects in the East and West Kootenays for a number of years. We have extensive experience in the employment services, business consulting and social program sector prior to the establishment of Steele O'Neil.
